Ruth Ellen Longwater, 53, of Jacksonville, Florida, died Thursday, June 8, 2017, at her home.
Ruth was proceeded in death by her mother, Leonra C. Longwater; father, Arnold M. Longwater.
Ruth is survived by two brothers, Stephen (Etta) Longwater and Paul (Marcia) Longwater, uncle Alan Longwater, six nieces, Abby Longwater, Sophie Longwater, Tova Longwater, Jaimee Bonin, Shannon Bonin, Melissa Hutton and two great nieces, Emily and Marly Davis, all of Savannah.
The funeral service will be held at 10 o'clock Thursday morning at the graveside, Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by Rabbi Robert W. Hass.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests to make donations to Save-A-Life or any non-kill animal shelter.
