Mary Louise Smith Greenfield, 90, of Savannah, Georgia and wife of Gerald 'Jerry' Greenfield, passed into God's loving arms on Saturday morning, March 9, 2013, at Hospice Savannah.
??Born in Savannah, April, 15, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Chester L. Smith and the late Rhetta Louise Collier Smith. She lived her life taking care of her husband and children.
??Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Gerald 'Jerry' Greenfield of Savannah; three daughters, Barbara Ann Barrett of Houston, Texas, Mary Judith Waters and her husband, Charles, of Beaufort, South Carolina, and Donna Miltiades Riddick and her husband, David, of Savannah; four sons, Robert Lewis Butler and his wife, Ramona, of Beaufort, South Carolina, Elliott Pledger Butler and his wife, Kathy, of Athens, Donald Edward Butler of Savannah and David Joseph Greenfield and his wife, Patricia, of Atlanta; she was blessed with 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
??The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 o'clock Sunday at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
??The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Monday in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by The Reverend Jim Bolen. Interment will follow in Bonaventure Cemetery.
