Jane Guthman Kahn

Jane Guthman Kahn, died September 13, 2025 at the age of 91, two weeks shy of her 92 nd birthday.

Jane was a journalist by profession early in her career and a writer her entire life. The rest of her career she was a business woman and executive for Kahn & Company, Inc.

In Jane’s words, her “most important job” was as a wife and mother. Her beloved husband, Buddy, predeceased her in 2002. She is survived by her four children, Carol Kahn, Bobby Kahn (Susan), David Kahn (Diane), and Mark Kahn (Judy); seven grandchildren, Rebecca, Kevin, Daniel, Emily, Abigail. Tyler, and Jared; and four great-grandsons, Jack, Teddy, Beau, and Ari.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 2pm at Bonaventure Cemetery, Rabbi Robert Haas officiating.
