Izabel Marie Serrato

Izabel Dulce Marie Serrato of Ludowici, Georgia and 4 year old daughter of Laura Thompson, died Thursday morning, February 18, 2021, at Memorial University Medical Center.



Born in Charleston, South Carolina, she was a daughter of Laura Thompson and Jimmy Lee Serrato. Izabel loved her Pre-K classmates and teachers at Smiley Elementary School in Ludowici. She was always happy and had a way of making people smile. Izabel was a daddy's girl who impacted everyone she came in contact with.



Survivors include her mother of Ludowici; her father of Timmonsville, South Carolina; her brother, Landon Thompson; her sisters, Lunabelle Hernandez, Aurora Thompson and Ava Smith; her maternal grandmother, Deborah Lane; her paternal grandmother, Elva Serrato, and aunts, uncles and cousins.



The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon, February 25, 202, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.



The funeral service will be held at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon, February 25, 2021, in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by the Reverend Dr. Drew Corbett. Interment will be private.
