Fred Barry Hoffman, 67, died on November 24, 2023 at Hospice Savannah. A lifelong Savannah
resident, Fred was predeceased by his father, Frank Hoffman, M.D. Fred is survived by his
mother, Thelma Hoffman; sister, Barbara Hoffman (Paul Shapiro); nieces Emily Shapiro and
Sarah Shapiro; and five first cousins. The family is deeply grateful to family friend, Nikki Lee, for
her kindness and support. A graveside service will be held at Bonaventure Cemetery on November 26, 2023 at 1:00 PM with Cantor Rachel Kohlbrenner officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship, www.canceradvocacy.org or to Hospice Savannah, https://www.hospicesavannah.org/ .
