ELLABELL, GEORGIA - Frank Fisher, Jr., 48, of Ellabell, Georgia, died Friday evening, July 6, 2012, as a result of a boating accident near Manning, South Carolina.
The funeral service will be held at 7 o'clock Thursday evening in Eldora Baptist Church, Ellabell, conducted by Pastor Scott Howard. Interment will be private.
