Ellen Cooperman Levin

Ellen Cooperman Levin passed away peacefully at the age of 78 on November 27, 2025, surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer. Ellen was born in Brooklyn, NY, and grew up in Savannah, GA. She was retired from Elza's Dress Boutique, Bob Ellis Shoes, and as controller for Coastal Siding and Windows in Charleston, SC. Ellen was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Samuel and Beverly Cooperman, and is survived by her husband of 41 years, Arnie Levin; her son, Lance Solondz; her daughter, Melissa Solomon; her four grandchildren; and her sister, Sherrie Ertischek. Up until the end, Ellen maintained kindness, grace, compassion, and her love of family and friends.
