Diane Elizabeth Woods was born on February 13, 1964, and passed away on Saturday, March 7th, 2026. She was a wonderfully kind, caring nurse dedicated to helping others throughout her life at many different places, like hospitals, nursing homes, rehab facilities, and plasma donation centers. Diane found great joy in the simple things: coloring on her phone, listening to stories, playing Pokémon Go, and the thrill of new adventures, often ending in good conversations in new places. Her greatest love was spending time with her family and friends, and anyone who knew her will tell you that she was an amazing, beautiful woman who would give you anything she had even if she had nothing to give. 

Diane is survived by her husband, Greg Woods; her ex husband and close friend William Brown; her children, Christiana Brown, Gwendolyn Woods, and Daniel Woods; and her beloved grandchildren, Christopher Woods and Delaneie Woods. Her spirit will live on through all of them.

Diane's memorial service will be held at 11 o'clock in the morning on Monday, March 30, 2026 at St. Frances Cabrini Church, 11500 Middleground Road, Savannah.
