Diane Rosenberg Creech

Diane Creech, born December 14, 1963, in Orange County, California, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 3, 2026, at the age of 62.

Diane was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. With her father being honorably discharged from the military around the age of 6, they picked up and headed east for new horizons landing in Savannah, Georgia, where she spent her formative years and fell in love with the beach. She later made her home in Pooler, Georgia, living there for many years where she became the produce manager of Piggly Wiggly. Her life was filled with love, dedication, and the simple joys of family life.

She is survived by her loving husband, William D. Creech Jr.; her three beloved children: Billy Creech(Heather), Michelle Lawrence(Daniel) and Joseph Creech(Megan). Her loving sister Susan Wise (James) and brothers James Rosenberg(Karen) and Danny along with several nieces and nephews. Diane took tremendous pride in her children’s lives and found her deepest fulfillment in the love, support, and shared moments with her family. She also leaves behind her eight cherished grandchildren—Christopher, Mia, Olivia, Brianna, Alyssa, Alyssia, Zachary, and Haley—who brought her endless joy and lots of laughs.

A loving, kind, and steadfast presence, Diane will be remembered for her warmth, gentle strength, and the way she made those around her feel deeply cared for and valued. Her legacy endures through the family she nurtured with such tenderness and the life she built in Savannah and Pooler. Diane will be profoundly missed and forever held close in the hearts of all who loved her.

The family will receive friends from 5 o'clock until 7 o;clock Thursday evening at Gamble Funeral Service, 410 Stephenson Ave., Savannah. Diane's funeral service will be held at 12 o'clock Friday afternoon in the Chapel of Gamble Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Greenwich Cemetery, Savannah.
