POOLER, GEORGIA - Andrew Richard Carter-Walter, infant son of, Salynda P. Carter-Walter and L. Lorelle Carter-Walter, of Pooler, Georgia, died Thursday morning, September 30, 2010, at Memorial Univeristy Medical Center.
