The first time I spoke with Stella I could feel her enthusiasm and her strong sense of humor over the phone. I am glad to have met her and Roger and I will miss her dry wit and her frank sense of humor. I know she was strong in her faith and that she is in a better place now. Too short was her time here, but long will she be remembered.

We are sad to hear that Stella died, but know she is in Heaven looking down on her beloved family. We remember Stella fondly from your years in Chambersburg/Corpus Christi Church. PreCana was made more fun with her sense of humor and ease of talking to those preparing for marriage! God Bless her family in this time of sadness.

  7. Mary Pat Van Epps says:

Oh, how I loved our Stella!!! Heaven is an even happier place now that she is there. Her love for Roger and her children were always her top priority and her laughter could light up a room and have everyone in tears laughing out loud with her stories. Her phone calls to Roger always “worked” too. Such a love of a person. I can just see her in Heaven making even the angels laugh and I just bet Jesus is thrilled to have her even closer to Him now. Rest in happy peace, sweet Stella. I love you!
