Katherine”Katie”Bill was such a sweet, generous and kind person. He was “really there” for all our family at a very crucial time. He could make us smile or laugh with just his nice, calm disposition. We will never forget the wonderful meals he made for us and our trips to “Dairy Queen”. We will miss him so much and pray God brings you peace Katie.

We were privileged to get to know you two on such a personal level and can testify to the love and strength that each of you provided each other. We take comfort in knowing that Bill was a believer and that he is with our heavenly Father. Though our heart breaks knowing one more has gone too soon for us, we are thankful for having one more guardian angel to look out for us. If you need anything, please feel free to contact us, anytime. We love you and we hold you in our prayers and pray for a peace that surpasses all of our understanding to descend upon you and your family at this time of sorrow.

Bill was a good man and we will all remember him that way. He made sacrifices for his country and he will be remembered for that as well. But I think I will remember him most as the friend who would come at a moments notice, asking no questions and expecting nothing in return. I will miss him and never forget him.
