In August 2019, Laura moved to Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center of Savannah with her best friend Jean McCorkel. In her younger years Laura love the beach, sailing, and all that being on the water offers. She was also an avid reader.

She is survived by her father George Rahn ( Linda Rahn) and brother George Rahn Jr., many aunts, uncles and cousins.
