We both pray for peace for the entire family during this very difficult time. As infrequently as we got to see her, Brigette was always smiling and as witty as anyone could ever be! She definitely had a superlative sense of humor and we know you all will miss her terribly.

Our prayer for you all is that the memories that may now cause you pain will soon give you joy and comfort as our Father in heaven wraps his loving arms around each of you like He has already done for her.

    Much love,
    Tom and Elizabeth

  7. jon erkenbrack says:

My deepest sympathies to her family. She was a great friend and colleague. I had the good fortune to work with her in Atlanta and later in our careers in Norfolk. She was a great leader who was both loved and respected. She was passionate about her work and a fierce friend. I enjoyed making her laugh. I’m sorry to say I did not know her health was failing, I would have wanted to say goodbye to her and thank her for being such a great friend.

    Jon
