I remember as a little girl visiting Mr and Mrs Lomels house, it was a large white house and I always wanted to go upstairs but my mother said it was rude to wander around someone elses house. Mrs. Lomel must have heard me ask so she took my hand and led me upstairs and let me look to my hearts content. What a wonderful sweet lady she was also a very good cook, I know I still have her potato salad receipe!

My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Lomel's family. But I know you are rejoicing in her long Christ-like life. She was such a lady and everyone that met her knew how she loved Jesus. She was so precious - a true blessing to me. May God bless you all with His peace.

To all the Lomel family: I remember Mrs. Lomel so well as she was such a fine christian lady. My days at Independent were special because of her and her family. Having just experienced the death of my love, Ashley, I send my sincere sympathy to all of you. May God bless.
