Judy: I am so sad to hear of Sylvan's passing. I owe him more than anyone knows. He was a guide, mentor and friend to me. He had a big heart and I was witness to that on more than one occasion. He was unique. He was a mensch several times over. Dave

Dear Judy and Family: During Sylvan's tenure on the Board of the Georgia Ports Authority I had the honor of working with him from time to time on various Board related items. I was always impressed by his presence of mind and his willingness to listen to all aspects of an issue.

He was known as a "straighter shooter".

He Will be sadly missed.
