Ray was one of the funniest persons I have known and every time we would run into each other I always left laughing. I am saddened by his passing but happy to say we were friends during our working years. Deepest condolences to the entire family.

I'm sorry to hear of the passing of Ray. When I was a new supervisor at the Postal Service and needed an answer, Ray was the person to turn to. He was very cordial both to management and the craft employees. he never had a bad word for anyone! He will be missed!!
