Although we haven't seen each other in years...Maxine and I can never forget the memories of watching our children grow up. The sports program at Memorial Day School was never the same after the Perlman brothers graduated. My children still ask about Uncle Philip and Aunt Ruby. Your work with charities and Mickve Israel have secured your legacy. Our hearts go out to your family and friends. "GO BLUE".

I only knew Ruby for a short time during her radiation treatments, but she captured my heart the instant I met her and always made me smile. She was a trooper. I used to joke with her that if she was with Moses in the wilderness, there would have been three that made it into the promise land not two. Knowing her has enriched my life. Phillip, you and your family are in my prayers. May you find comfort in God’s unfailing love, grace and mercy.

Ruby had a big bright smile on her face every time I saw her, and she always had something nice to say. At an ERL last summer in SC, Ruby was thoroughly sweet to my little girl. We will remember Ruby with love and fondness, for the wonderful work she did for Mickve Israel and the community, and for the kind, genuine woman she was. We are deeply sorry for your loss, and we are all thinking about you during this difficult time. Deepest sympathies...Mindy, David, Lily, Truman Nash

Ruby will never really know how much she helped a young 14 year old girl in 1970. She was a great lady and I extend many sympathies to her family at their loss.
