Mrs. Arth, Emily, and Annalise,
I am saddened to learn of Robert's death. Know that God has prepared a SPECIAL place for him in heaven and Dad is there, too.
Robert, our friends, and I shared so many good times together; nights spent role playing, listening to the music of Black Sabbath and Duane Allman, and of course Magic: the Gathering. I will always remember Robert's generosity and empathy for others, along with his sense of humor.
May God comfort you in your time of loss.
My condolences, Luke

He had a lot of good times at the stores with our kids. May he be at peace and pain free. Susie remembers Robert always wanting to make chemistry experiments and blow up things. Eric and Bob remember driving around in the ARth delivery van delivering prescriptions, unloading trucks at the stores. He was such a delightful young man. Robert and I used to play with Lego's and his chemistry set all the time. We had many grand Lego wars that starred a character by the name of Hill Billy Bob. We tried to combine all sorts of things with the chemistry set in their basement. I also remember riding bikes to meet each other and then playing Indy 500 racing. We would drive the wrong way on the track and see how many cars we could crash. What good times. I also remember playing in their yard making traps in the evergreen rows and playing like we were being attacked by an octopus in the weeping willow tree out front. God speed to you.

I wish I would have known about this sooner. My parents just let me know. My prayers are with you.

Rob and my son Justin were roommates in Savannah until about 18 months ago. They were fishing buddies and like brothers. Rob came over for Thanksgiving and Christmas with our family for several years. We are thankful that the memorial service was in Savannah and that my husband, Deacon Paul Gutting was able to preside at the service. Rob was a good man and will be greatly missed by his friends in Savannah.

Robert was one of my very first students at Harrison High School. I don't remember all of them, but I remember him. He was a good yung man, and I am sad to hear of his passing. May God hold you all in the palm of His hand, and may Robert know somehow that he is loved and missed.
