I am so sorry for your loss. I was sad to learn of Penny's passing. I had the pleasure of working with both her and Marie at the Army Corps of Engineers in the Planning Division. She always kept things livily, and made me relearn English proofing my letters and reports. Still remember the day she and Marie went home for luch and called back to say they were retiring and would not be back.

Penny kept Planning Division and the chiefs Mr Brown and Mr Porter on their toes. When you heard the heels taping down the hall she was off in search of the culprit. Penny reviewed everything that went out of the Division, grammer/spelling and it was right! Penny and Marie loved their mother, family and the Greek church. They went home everyday for lunch. She told me they had their paper in, one day they would not come back from lunch. Last time I saw her was at Tri church she was :) May your memories bring you a smile. May God Bless your Family!
