Martyn will be missed more than we can express. I loved him so much and he and his lovely wife Catrina were dear cherished friends. I can't think of a time when I needed to talk to Martyn that he wasn't there for me and when you have R.S.D. this meant everything. He was my hero for so many reasons, he saved my life. He did that for a lot of people. I'm glad you no longer suffer Bud and I hope our dear friend Mitch met you at heavens gates and helped you into your angel wings. We will miss you my friend and you will never be forgotten.

My condolences to Catrina, Lucy, and Georgia, you were all the apple of Martyn's eye. I knew Martyn many years ago and for many years through work. He was an exceptional salesman and attracted many friends all over this country with his quick English wit. Unfortunately, I had not seen or spoken with Martyn in many years, but know he will be missed. I know he must have had tremendous faith to endure his long term ailment, and thus his eternal life. Rest in peace old friend.

Catrina & family, I want to express my sympathy in your tremendous loss. I have known Martyn about 10 years, he was a wonderful dental patient. He "bonded" with so many of us, we considered him more of a friend than a patient. He saw me through a lot of heart ache losing my Father to cancer and sincerely cared about my Mother's well-being ( without knowing them). And I want you to know and all of those who read; on his worst days, he would always put forth a smile and ask me "how's your Mum doing?" Often I meet patients who touch my heart and he was top of the list. Catrina, on the last visit to our office, it was Mary & I who came out to help him climb the steps to our office ( he was too weak),and I want you to know I felt honored. It was an honor to have known him. Please know that we will miss him too. Sincerely, Linda SHellhamer
