My sincere condolences Sarah, Carolyn, Theresa, Janice and John:
John Hillock was a very good friend for more years than I want to remember. We always got along well together with never a sour note except for people we mutually did not like, which were few if any really. I am sure that on the other hand everyone liked and admired him. Somehow we could talk for hours when we met, and on a wide range of topics. And if ever I had a problem especially of a mechanical nature (cars of course)I knew I could count on him for a willing ear and a willing hand to help me out. He enjoyed helping people and with great generosity. He was a fine man who smoothed the way on my journey for which he will always be on my mind. May he rest joyfully in peace with his Maker.
Very Sincerely,
Joost Gompels
