I was privileged to interview Mr. Golcman for the Legacy Project of The Breman Museum in Atlanta several years ago. I was most struck by his gentleness and integrity. Video excerpts of the interview and photographs are available at http://www.thebreman.org/exhibitions/online/newlives/profile.php?ID=25. We hope that this online exhibition helps keep his memory alive.

To the Gokcman family:
I had the pleasure of working with Mr Golcman for a few years. During which time, I learned a lifetime of lessons from him. He had a genuine love for people which was surpassed only by his love of family. A super kind
and gentle man that I will remember and hold dear to my heart forever.
My condolences to the family. While Mr Golcman will be deeply missed, I can say the world is a better place because of him.
