We are sorry to hear of your loss. We were fond of Elizabeth and thought of her often. Elizabeth and Bobby taught me how to cook seafood and I have never forgotten that. They were more than just neighbors they were truly good friends. I will pass this news on to Vaughn & Heather. Blessings, Ed and Cheryl Lee

I am just devastated. Mrs. Harvey was just like a 2nd mom to me. I had just called her yesterday and emailed her this morning. I am so sorry. I will miss her so much. I loved her very much, too. I was planning on trying to come see her next week. I am so sorry for you Philip, Ricky and Lila and all of the rest of the family. She loved her family dearly.

We are so sorry to hear of Aunt Liz's death. We have great memories of her and Uncle Bobby. The two of them took my sisters in at a very young age. We are forever grateful for their sacrifice and contribution. She is together with Bobby and her savior forever. We loved her very much and even though we have been seperated by many miles since that time, she was only a memory away.
May god bless you all in this time of grief and sorrow.

I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Liz's death. I will always be grateful for the mothering and memories she gave me and my twin sister when she and Uncle Bobby took care of us from age 1-6. I remember her love of reading, kind voice that was never raised, positive attitude and sassafras tea, banana pancakes and chop suey (along with many others). My thoughts & prayers are for her loving family.

Aunt Liz was one of the kindest people I've known; a true angel to all that had the pleasure of knowing her. She, Uncle Bobby, Lila, Ricky and Philip were so generous to open their home and heart to care for two of their nieces/cousins. I have many fond memories of those early years. Her gentle spirit and love of family will be missed by all that loved her. While we can't be there in person, please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sad to lose Aunt Elizabeth. The first few years of my life were spent being nurtured by a large and loving family in Savannah, moving west has only been a physical matter. The sadness I feel is deep, beyond what I can express. I will forever cherish my memories of Aunt Elizabeth, and the happiness we all felt to see Elizabeth with her Sister Ida Louise during our most recent and timely visit. The pain of our loss is over-shadowed by having celebrated together. As you lay Aunt Elizabeth to rest know that my heart is with you. I love you all.

My sister Elizabeth was also my caretaker at a very early age ... I was 4 and she was twelve. I remember her from those years ... sweet also very strong. She grew into the fine lady she is over the years ... and she was very fun to be around. She read to me stories from her school books and one of the poems she read to me, " Under the Village Chessnut Tree, the village smithy stands ... Also that is the first time I heard, the story of Winking Blinking and Nod ... Lila and Ricky, and Phil, I bet you remember those poems.
I dreamed about her last night. I visioned her in her lazyboy chair, cloud? surrounded by her rescued pets from the humane society, she was smiling and sorta of spoke to me, it was more like telecommunication, "Louise, Heaven is not like you think it is ... I woke up at this point. I am glad I dreamed of her, always on the side of of truth.
I am feeling so lonely ... my Sister.
