Please accept my deepest and sincere condolences in the death of Dr. Kaplan. He was an extraordinary gentleman and one of the most kind and professional people I ever had the privilege of working with. As a rehabiltiation counselor, I served on an evaluation team with Dr. Kaplan and I always found him with a smile and kind word to say about everything. Dr. Kaplan had a sweet spirit about him and it was always a pleasure to be in his presence. Our community has certainly lost an extremely dedicated and decent man and the field of psychology is certainly better for having had Dr. Kaplan amongest the ranks. God bless Dr. Kaplan for his life and legacy.
Sincerley,

Virginia Anderson Love
