BLUFFTON, SOUTH CAROLINA - Charles Rinaldo Floyd, 88, of Bluffton, South Carolina, husband of Linda Findley, died Tuesday morning, December 28, 2010, at Hilton Head Hospital.

Born January 25, 1922, he was the son of the late Thomas Burke Floyd, Jr. and the late Eliza Walker Floyd. Charles served his country in four branches of service and was in World War I and World War II and in the Vietnam War and retired as Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, Linda L. Findley of Bluffton, South Carolina.

The funeral service will be held at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the graveside, Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by The Reverend Dr. Samuel W. Watkins.
